Roel Linssen has met our expectations. It is a restaurant that works with a surprise menu of 4, 5 or 6 courses, including a number of amuses. The atmosphere when we entered was a bit stiff at first, but that immediately disappeared when we were welcomed with enthusiasm. That enthusiasm continued throughout the evening as each dish and accompanying drink were explained (they have a wine and beer package). And then at the end of the evening you will also be thanked very much for eating all those goodies. I would say, let yourself be surprised by Roel Linssen

Once again we had a delicious meal at BRL. Really sublime weather. The menu only contains a surprise menu and always continues to surprise us. BRL is really for the gourmet who enjoys dining for 3 to 4 hours.
